(March 1, 2021) – Retail Velocity, the pioneer and industry leader in consumer demand and supply data management, reporting and analytics, announced today that John Rossi will join the company as President. An experienced consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail industry executive, Rossi will immediately assume day-to-day business operations responsibilities and lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan.
Rossi brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience at some of the world’s largest information technology, consulting and business process companies. In one of his most recent roles, he served as vice president and North America leader for Capgemini’s consumer products and retail consulting sectors, where he successfully led business transformation, digital transformation and business optimization for numerous food and beverage, health and beauty, apparel and FMCG global 2000 organizations across their enterprises.

Prior to his work at Capgemini, Rossi led the consumer goods, retail, hospitality, distribution and transportation consulting groups at Wipro, and he was a partner at Clarkston Consulting, where he was accountable for the go-to-market strategy and growth of the company’s global CPG vertical. He has also served as an independent advisor and consultant helping improve business services and processes for global retailers and CPG manufacturers.
